配送政策 / Shipping Policy
除現貨系列外，所有商品皆為下單付款完成後開始製作，製作期約為 7–8 週，完成後安排出貨。Except for in-stock collections, all items are made-to-order and handcrafted upon confirmation of payment. Production requires approximately 7–8 weeks before shipment.
台灣地區平均配送時間為 2–3 個工作天。For Taiwan orders, standard delivery takes 2–3 business days.
國際配送採用 UPS 運送，寄達時間約 10–14 天，視目的地而定。For international orders, UPS shipping takes approximately 10–14 days depending on the destination.
國際運送商品不含任何關稅、營業稅或進口相關費用，須由收件人自行負擔。All international shipments do not include import duties, VAT, or customs-related fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
本品牌無法掌控因天氣、航班延誤、海關檢查等非人為因素所造成的物流延遲，敬請見諒。Miszhan Ĵo is not liable for delays caused by weather, customs clearance, flight disruptions, or other external factors beyond our control.
退換政策 / Return Policy
品牌所有商品皆為手工製作且屬客製化訂製服務，一經下單付款即進入專屬製程，恕不接受退換。以下狀況皆不在退換範圍內：All Miszhan Ĵo items are individually handcrafted and customized. Once an order is placed and paid for, it enters production and is considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
個人尺寸測量錯誤 / Incorrect sizing submitted by the customer
款式或選項下單錯誤 / Ordering the wrong product or variation
因主觀因素臨時改變心意 / Change of mind after purchase
依據《通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則》第 2 條，客製化商品不適用七天鑑賞期規定，請於下單前確認尺寸與需求。如有任何問題，歡迎事前與我們聯繫。According to Taiwan’s “Regulations on Exceptions to the Right to Cancel for Distance Sales Blunt Exceptions,” custom-made products are not subject to the 7-day return policy. Please confirm all specifications before placing your order. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
