一、商品製作與出貨時間

  • 本品牌所有商品均採預購製作，付款完成後即進入製作程序，預估工作天數為 4–5 週，實際出貨時間將視訂單狀況調整。

  • 訂單成立後 24 小時內可接受修改或取消申請。逾時恕不受理任何變更、取消或退款申請。

二、退換與訂單異動政策

  • 以下情況恕不提供退換服務：

    • 個人下單錯誤（如戒圍填錯）

    • 測量失誤

    • 人為損壞（碰撞、拉扯、誤用）

  • 如因個人因素下錯尺寸，品牌不提供免費修改，戒圍調整將另行收費。

  • 客製化商品（如刻字、指定尺寸、選石等）一經確認，不提供退貨或退款。

  • 訂單進入製作流程後，視同顧客確認內容，恕不再接受任何異動或取消。

三、維修與售後服務政策

  • 本品牌提供購買後三個月內免費維修，限非人為因素造成的結構性問題（如焊點脫落、斷裂）。

  • 免費維修不包含戒圍調整，尺寸調整需另收費。

  • 三個月後或因配戴不當造成之損壞，將視狀況酌收維修與運費。

  • 所有商品皆享有終身免費清潔服務（限寄回指定地點處理）。

四、商品特性與使用建議

  • 所有商品皆為 925 / 999 純銀手工製作，採砂模鑄造工藝，紋理細節略有差異屬正常現象，非瑕疵。

  • 建議避免長時間接觸水氣、化學品（如香水、清潔劑）、劇烈運動或泡溫泉，以延長銀飾壽命。

五、商品影像與實品差異

  • 商品圖皆為實品拍攝，惟因光線、顯示器設定及鑄造紋理差異，實品與照片可能略有不同，請以實物為準。

六、訂單審查與權益保留

  • 本品牌保留以下情況取消或拒絕訂單之權利：

    • 訂單資料異常

    • 惡意重複下單或冒用資訊

    • 商品已無庫存或製作能力超出負荷

七、條款修訂

  • 本服務條款如有修訂，將於本網站公告，不另行個別通知。

Miszhan Ĵo Terms of Service

Welcome to the official website of Miszhan Ĵo ("the Website"). By registering, placing an order, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Production & Shipping

  • All products are made to order. Production begins upon payment confirmation. Estimated lead time is 4–5 weeks, subject to adjustment based on order volume.

  • Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of payment. After this period, changes, cancellations, or refunds will not be accepted.

2. Return & Order Policy

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

    • Incorrect order information (e.g., wrong ring size)

    • Measurement errors

    • Damages caused by misuse or external impact

  • Misordered sizes are not eligible for free resizing; additional fees apply for ring size adjustments.

  • Custom orders (engraving, special sizing, selected stones, etc.) are non-refundable once confirmed.

  • Once production begins, all order details are considered final.

3. Repairs & After-Sales Support

  • We offer free repair within three months of purchase for structural issues not caused by human error.

  • Ring resizing is not included in free repair and requires an additional fee.

  • After the three-month period, or for misuse-related damage, repair and shipping fees apply.

  • All pieces include lifetime complimentary cleaning (return shipping required).

4. Product Details & Care

  • All items are handcrafted in 925 / 999 sterling silver using sand casting. Each piece is unique, and variations in texture are part of the intended design.

  • To extend longevity, avoid contact with water, chemicals (e.g., perfumes, cleaning agents), intense activity, and hot springs.

5. Photography & Display

  • All products are photographed from actual pieces. However, slight differences in appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or natural texture variations. Please refer to the actual product.

6. Order Screening & Rights

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders in the following cases:

    • Abnormal or suspicious order information

    • Repeated or fraudulent activity

    • Product unavailable or production capacity exceeded

7. Amendments

  • These Terms of Service are subject to change without prior notice. Updates will be published on the Website.
